Job Summary
As a Sr. Product Specialist(T) you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our products within the Life and Annuities Insurance domain. Your expertise in Mendix will be pivotal in driving innovation and efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site during day shifts.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for product enhancements within the Life and Annuities Insurance domain.
- Design and implement solutions using Mendix to improve product functionality and user experience.
- Ensure product compliance with industry standards and regulations to maintain quality and reliability.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of product features to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop documentation and training materials to support product deployment and user adoption.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and updates.
- Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making and optimize product strategies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into product development.
- Manage product lifecycle from concept to deployment ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in Mendix with a proven track record of successful implementations.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Life and Annuities Insurance domain ensuring relevant product solutions.
- Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex product challenges.
- Showcase effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in product development with a focus on technical solutions.
- Display adaptability to work in a hybrid model balancing remote and on-site responsibilities.
- Maintain a proactive approach to learning and applying new technologies in product development.
