  • Mendix Experience of at least 4 projects
  • Good Java Skills

  • BE/Tech or Equivalent in Computer Science or Related fields

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Product Specialist with 5 to 8years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Mendix and a background in Life and Annuities Insurance is a plus. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to product development and improvement ensuring alignment with company goals and enhancing customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance products using Mendix ensuring they meet customer needs and business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
  • Provide technical expertise in Mendix to support the development and maintenance of high-quality products.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of product strategies that align with company goals and industry standards.
  • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure product reliability and performance.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on product development progress.
  • Support the product lifecycle from concept to launch ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
  • Utilize domain knowledge in Life and Annuities Insurance to enhance product offerings and address industry-specific challenges.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for product features specifications and updates.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on the latest Mendix developments and industry trends.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the product development process.
