Job Summary

The Sr BA-Solutions & BD role is pivotal in driving business solutions and development strategies within the sales and marketing domain. With a hybrid work model the candidate will leverage their expertise to enhance business processes ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This position requires a minimum of 8 years of experience focusing on optimizing sales and marketing strategies to achieve impactful results.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Provide expertise in sales and marketing processes to optimize business operations.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of solutions across departments.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to assess performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the development of marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all business activities.
  • Drive innovation by proposing new ideas and solutions to enhance business growth.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to foster collaboration and success.


Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to support business decisions.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex information.
  • Have experience in project management and the ability to lead initiatives from conception to completion.
  • Show adaptability in a hybrid work environment balancing remote and in-office tasks.
  • Display a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Hold a bachelors degree in business administration marketing or a related field.


Certifications Required

Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant
