About the role

We are seeking an Icertis Technical Lead who will play a pivotal role in driving technical excellence within our projects. With a focus on provider and claims domains you will leverage your expertise to deliver innovative solutions. This hybrid role offers a dynamic work environment allowing you to collaborate effectively during day shifts without the need for travel.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the design and implementation of Icertis solutions to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the development and integration of provider and claims domain functionalities within the Icertis platform.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members by fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Icertis solutions with existing systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize system performance and user experience.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards in all technical deliverables.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of solutions to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues promptly minimizing impact on project timelines.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation for all technical processes and solutions.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and understanding of Icertis functionalities.

What you need to have to be considered

· BS degree in Information Systems, Computer Science Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).

· Possess a strong background in Icertis with proven experience in technical implementation.

  • Demonstrate expertise in provider and claims domains contributing to domain-specific solutions.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Showcase strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends.
  • Display a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Icertis Certified Professional Agile Certified Practitioner preferred.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 - $102,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
