Job Summary

The Engagement Delivery Partner will be responsible for overseeing and managing project delivery within the automotive industry ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards. This role requires a deep understanding of project management principles and the ability to drive successful outcomes in a hybrid work model. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs.


Responsibilities

  • Lead project delivery efforts by coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful completion of projects.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of project plans ensuring alignment with client requirements and company objectives.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to project teams fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Ensure effective communication with clients stakeholders and team members to maintain transparency and manage expectations.
  • Monitor project progress and performance identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and tailor project delivery approaches to meet their specific requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and outcomes.
  • Utilize project management tools and methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in project management and delivery.
  • Support the development of project budgets and resource allocation plans to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
  • Facilitate regular project reviews and assessments to evaluate progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide mentorship and support to team members fostering their professional growth and development.
  • Contribute to the companys overall success by delivering high-quality projects that enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth.


Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in project management with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Have experience in the automotive industry with an understanding of its unique challenges and opportunities.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Show proficiency in managing cross-functional teams and driving collaboration across diverse groups.
  • Display strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex project challenges effectively.
