Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as an SDM-IOA Delivery Specialist where you will leverage your expertise in the Hi-Tech domain to drive impactful solutions. With a hybrid work model and rotational shifts you will collaborate with diverse teams to enhance service delivery. Your proficiency in English will be crucial in communicating complex ideas effectively ensuring seamless operations and client satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of innovative solutions within the Hi-Tech domain ensuring alignment with client expectations and industry standards.
  • Oversee the execution of projects coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve timely and efficient outcomes.
  • Provide expert guidance on technical matters utilizing your proficiency in English to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery by implementing best practices and continuous improvement strategies.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions that drive business success.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues promptly to maintain project timelines and quality.
  • Analyze data and generate insights to inform decision-making and optimize service delivery processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team capabilities and performance.
  • Adapt to rotational shifts ensuring consistent support and availability for clients and team members.
  • Utilize your domain expertise in Hi-Tech to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Coordinate with global teams in a hybrid work model ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Contribute to the companys purpose by delivering solutions that have a positive impact on society.


Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in the Hi-Tech domain with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in English with excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Exhibit strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Show adaptability to rotational shifts and a hybrid work environment maintaining productivity and focus.
  • Have a collaborative mindset with experience working in cross-functional and global teams.
  • Display a proactive approach to problem-solving with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Hold a relevant certification in project management or a related field such as PMP or ITIL.
