Senior Salesforce Developer

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to design, build, and deliver high‑quality Salesforce solutions within a fast‑paced enterprise environment. This role offers the opportunity to work hands‑on across the Salesforce platform, partnering closely with business stakeholders and delivery teams to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions across the full development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with business stakeholders, Business Analysts, and Product Owners to understand requirements and translate them into Salesforce solution designs.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, and Visualforce.
• Build and optimise declarative automation using Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, validation rules, and approval processes.
• Design and maintain Salesforce data models, objects, relationships, and security configurations to ensure integrity, performance, and compliance.
• Develop and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST APIs and integration best practices.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to Salesforce development standards.
• Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and technical issues across Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Manage and deploy changes using change sets, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Support QA and UAT activities by resolving defects, validating functionality, and assisting with release readiness.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends, recommending platform enhancements where appropriate.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Salesforce Developer delivering enterprise‑scale solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, and Visualforce.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security framework, and platform limits.
• Proven experience balancing declarative configuration versus custom code solutions.
• Expertise in Salesforce Flow and platform automation capabilities.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using RESTful APIs and integration patterns.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Experience using Git‑based version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• OmniStudio experience highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across multidisciplinary teams.
