About the role
As a Senior Test Automation Lead - WMS - Retail, you will make an impact by driving quality engineering outcomes for enterprise-scale Warehouse Management Systems within the retail domain. You will be a valued member of the delivery team and work collaboratively with client stakeholders, product owners, developers, and cross functional teams to ensure solution stability, scalability, and performance.
In this role, you will:
• Lead and execute end-to-end test strategy, planning, and execution for WMS implementations, with a strong focus on Manhattan Active solutions
• Drive automation-first testing using Selenium, Java, Cucumber, and REST Assured across UI and API layers
• Manage testing cycles, defect triage, root cause analysis, and quality metrics to ensure predictable delivery
• Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to align testing outcomes with business goals and operational needs
• Mentor and manage testing teams, fostering accountability, continuous improvement, and execution excellence
Work model

What you need to have to be considered
• Strong hands-on experience with test automation using Selenium, Java, Cucumber, and REST Assured
• Proven experience testing Warehouse Management Systems, preferably Manhattan Active (Retail)
• Solid background in test strategizing, planning, execution, and defect management
• Experience managing teams, driving accountability, and delivering results in complex client environments
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and operate with financial and delivery acumen
These will help you stand out
• Experience leveraging GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools
• Strong understanding of testing processes, metrics, and execution techniques
• Experience working with COTS products and complex enterprise integrations
• Knowledge of configuration management, requirements management, and solution structuring
• Ability to drive innovation, customer centricity, and continuous improvement across engagements
