Responsibilities : - Oversee the implementation of change initiatives within the operations team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements in Investment Banking Operations. - Utilize Advanced Excel to analyze data and generate insightful reports that drive decision-making. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation using MS Word to support operational changes and ensure compliance. - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of change projects and alignment with business objectives. - Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented changes to ensure desired outcomes are achieved. - Provide training and support to team members on new processes and tools to facilitate smooth transitions. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and best practices in Asset & Wealth Management. - Contribute to the development of strategic plans that align with the companys goals and enhance operational capabilities. - Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout the change management process. - Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team to drive continuous improvement. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide regular updates on project progress. - Support the development of metrics and KPIs to measure the success of operational changes. Qualifications - - Demonstrate proficiency in MS Word and Advanced Excel to support operational tasks and reporting. - Possess a strong understanding of Investment Banking Operations and Asset & Wealth Management. - Exhibit excellent analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions. - Display strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the financial services industry. - Have a proven track record of successfully managing change projects in a dynamic environment. 9.
