SKILLS

Identifying and building end-user requirements

Bilingual Spanish and English (advanced/fluent)

Deep knowledge in payments applications

Knowledge in banking or processing backoffice

Great knowledge and experience on ISO 8583

Great knowledge in Payments Network (Card Schemes) concepts certification process policies and workflow

Experience in business rules for payments applications

High proficiency in business requirement writing

Extensive experience with data visualization

Customer service skills

Follow-up skills

Proven analytical abilities

Experience in generating process documentation

Excellent communication skills with an ability to translate data into actionable insights

Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

Collaborating with management departments and customers to identify and build end-user requirements and specifications

Evaluate analyze and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis.

Perform discovery of customer current process solution or platform.

Perform Gap Analysis between customer requirements and FIS standard solutions.

Develop analyses and documentation communicating effectively and efficiently with developers production managerial and executive teams. Collaborating with the team to make sure the requirements are going to be delivered according to customer quality criteria.

Partner with developers to define optimized system integration.
