About the role

As a Senior QA Automation Lead – Commerce & COTS, you will make an impact by driving quality engineering excellence across commerce platforms through strategic test planning, hands-on automation, and strong team leadership. You will be a valued member of a cross-functional delivery team and work collaboratively with product owners, developers, architects, and client stakeholders to ensure reliable, scalable, and high-quality solutions.

In this role, you will:

· Lead testing strategy and execution for core commerce and COTS-based solutions, ensuring high-quality integrations and platform stability

· Drive accountability and execution excellence while mentoring and managing testing teams

· Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium, Java, Cucumber, and RestAssured

· Oversee test execution, defect management, and quality metrics to ensure delivery against business goals

· Partner closely with clients and internal teams to advance a customer-centric and quality-first mindset

What you need to have to be considered

· Strong experience in test leadership with hands-on expertise in Selenium, Java, Cucumber, and RestAssured

· Experience testing COTS commerce platforms and configurable product-based solutions

· Proven ability to lead and manage testing teams while driving excellence

· Solid understanding of core commerce platforms and workflows

· Experience in test strategizing, estimation, and resource planning

· Expertise in test and defect management and configuration management

· Experience with GitHub Copilot or AI-assisted development tools

· Strong financial acumen aligned to quality outcomes

· Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement

· Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset
