Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Policy Servicing Specialist where you will leverage your expertise in Life and Annuities Insurance to enhance our service offerings. With a focus on accuracy and efficiency you will utilize your proficiency in MS Office to manage and process policy documents. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience and offers the opportunity to work night shifts from our office contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Manage and process policy documents with precision to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize MS Office tools to maintain accurate records and generate reports that support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline policy servicing operations and improve customer satisfaction.
- Analyze policy data to identify trends and provide insights that drive strategic initiatives.
- Address and resolve policy-related inquiries from clients ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
- Conduct regular audits of policy documents to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Provide training and support to junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless policy servicing.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management to highlight key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
- Support the development and implementation of new policy servicing tools and technologies.
- Contribute to the companys mission by delivering high-quality service that positively impacts clients and society.
Qualifications
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Life and Annuities Insurance with a strong understanding of industry practices.
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office with the ability to create complex spreadsheets and presentations.
- Exhibit excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Showcase strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Display a proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to identify and implement solutions.
