About the Role
As an MS Power Architect, you will play a key role in driving Cognizant’s Intuitive Operations & Automation practice forward across a broad range of industries. You will partner with clients to assess, design, and implement intelligent automation and digital transformation programs at scale using the Microsoft Power Platform.
You will work closely with account teams, client stakeholders, and delivery specialists to shape innovative solutions that accelerate enterprise automation maturity and value realization.

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with account teams and client partners to identify opportunities and craft compelling value propositions
• Engage with existing and prospective clients to evaluate Cognizant’s Intelligent Process Automation capabilities and their applicability to client needs
• Act as a trusted advisor, supporting clients in improving and scaling their automation and process excellence programs
• Lead assessments, design, and end-to-end delivery of automation solutions using the MS Power stack
• Work with clients to scale intelligent automation initiatives across the enterprise
• Mentor and guide onshore and offshore teams in Intelligent Process Automation methodologies and best practices
• Build, evaluate, and enhance client Automation Centers of Excellence
• Contribute to best‑practice frameworks and reusable methodologies for automation programs
• Support the development and growth of Cognizant’s Intelligent Process Automation Consulting practice
• Participate in thought‑leadership initiatives such as publications, webinars, market‑analyst collaborations, and partner engagements
• Assist leadership in shaping solution offerings and implementation standards

Requirements
• Proven experience as an architect with strong expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform, including PL‑stack certifications
• Strong understanding of Intelligent Process Automation technologies (RPA, ML, OCR/IOCR, Generative AI, Process Mining)
• Hands‑on experience with low‑code development, automation, BI tools, chatbots, and digital enablement platforms
• Familiarity with major cloud and enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors)
• Experience leading complex transformation initiatives from design through scaling stages
• Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and deliver trusted advisory services
• Experience in pre‑sales, including shaping solutions, developing proposals, and responding to RFPs
• Strong people‑leadership capabilities with experience managing and developing teams
• Effective presenter with preferred experience engaging executive stakeholders
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively in global, multicultural environments
• Collaborative team player committed to supporting colleagues and practice growth
• Fluency in Dutch and English
