About the role
As a Senior Java/Angular Full Stack Engineer , you will make an impact by leading the design and delivery of scalable, high-quality full stack applications that support critical business outcomes. You will be a valued member of an Agile delivery team and collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and global engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
In this role, you will:
- Act as a Senior-to-Lead Java Full Stack Engineer, contributing across backend and frontend layers using Java and Angular
- Participate in key stakeholder discussions to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Design and develop application modules independently, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives
- Own the end-to-end delivery of assigned user stories and features, from development through deployment
- Provide technical guidance and resolution for complex issues encountered by the development team
- Collaborate effectively with onshore and offshore teams, ensuring clear communication and smooth execution

What you need to have to be considered
- 8+ years of overall experience in software development
- Strong hands-on experience as a Java Full Stack Engineer, including frontend development with Angular
- Experience operating at Senior or Lead Engineer level, with ownership of features and modules
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments, participating fully in sprint-level activities
- Proven ability to deliver features end to end, from design and development to deployment
- Strong communication skills, with experience working across onshore and offshore stakeholders

- Experience leading technical design discussions and mentoring junior engineers
- Experience working in complex, enterprise-scale applications
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving technical challenges
