About the Role
As a Product Architect (ISG), you will make an impact by leveraging your expertise in Python, Java, and SCD-Fund/Investment Accounting to design and implement innovative solutions in the Cards & Payments domain. You will be a valued member of the ISG team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to drive product excellence and architectural integrity.

In This Role, You Will
- Design and develop scalable product architectures using Python and Java to meet business requirements in the Cards & Payments domain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SCD-Fund/Investment accounting systems.
- Analyze and interpret complex data to drive product innovation and improve user experience.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of product features to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Oversee the implementation of security protocols to protect sensitive financial data.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Optimize product performance through regular monitoring and updates.
- Document architectural designs and decisions for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities in the Cards & Payments sector.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all product developments.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in software development and architecture.
- Contribute to the strategic planning of product roadmaps to align with company goals.
What You Need to Have to Be Considered
- Strong background in Python and Java programming with proven experience in developing complex systems.
- Demonstrated expertise in SCD-Fund/Investment Accounting with a deep understanding of financial processes.
- Solid domain knowledge in Cards & Payments with the ability to apply this expertise to product development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
- Proficiency in designing secure and scalable architectures that meet business needs.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive approach to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and technologies.
