Position Summary:

•Minimum 11+ years of Testing Experience In web application
•Good experience in P&C Insurance domain
•Experience in UI Automation Testing with Playwright using Java/ type scripts.
•Proven track record of driving automation implementation to increase test coverage, improve efficiency, and ensure application reliability.
•Good experience in API testing using Postman tool
•Experience in working with / handling 3rd party stakeholders
•Strong in communication and stakeholder management
•Able to work independently with different application leads, teams, 3rd party and test strategy and plan on Test Environment, Test Data, System Integration testing
•Experience in handling Agile projects and driving the agile ceremonies
•Ability to drive the 10 to 12 members team for automation and manual.
•Able to drive meeting and clearly communicate / articulate / identify action, action owner and deadline
•Good presentation / reporting skills

Mandatory Skills:

•UI Automation Tools-Selenium WebDriver, Playwright using Java/ type scripts
•Frameworks – TestNG, Playwright driven framework
•Languages – Java, Java script, type script.
•Tools – Jira/Zephyr and Jenkins.
•API Testing

Duties and Responsibilities:

•Ability to work independently with different application leads, teams, 3rd party and formulate Test Strategy and plan on Test Environment, Data Migration, Test Data, System Integration and Automation testing
•Able to work with / handling 3rd party stakeholders
•Able to drive meeting and clearly communicate / articulate / identify action, action owner and deadline
•Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and work effectively across the organization.
•Drive implementation for the program to enhance automation coverage.
•Strong in communication and stakeholder management
•Good presentation / reporting skills
•Participate in daily standup calls, Iteration planning meetings, retrospection, QA community meeting etc.
