Job Summary
As an Architect you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing solutions using OpenText technologies. Your expertise will drive the development and optimization of content management systems ensuring seamless integration and functionality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance business processes and contribute to the companys strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable solutions using OpenText Directory Services to ensure efficient user management and authentication processes.
- Develop and optimize workflows using OpenText Content Server Workflow to streamline business operations and improve productivity.
- Utilize OpenText eSign to integrate electronic signature capabilities into existing systems enhancing document management and approval processes.
- Configure and maintain OpenText Archive Server to ensure secure and efficient storage and retrieval of critical business documents.
- Create and manage OT Content Server Web Forms to facilitate user interaction and data collection within the content management system.
- Generate comprehensive reports using LiveReports to provide insights and analytics that support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for OpenText solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration of OpenText technologies with existing IT infrastructure to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary enhancements.
- Stay updated with the latest OpenText developments and industry trends to ensure the adoption of best practices and cutting-edge technologies.
- Develop documentation and training materials to support end-users and facilitate the adoption of new OpenText solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system issues ensuring timely resolution to minimize disruptions to business operations.
Qualifications
- Possess extensive experience in OpenText Directory Services demonstrating proficiency in user management and authentication.
- Have a strong background in OpenText eSign showcasing the ability to integrate electronic signature capabilities effectively.
- Demonstrate expertise in configuring and maintaining OpenText Archive Server for secure document storage and retrieval.
- Exhibit proficiency in creating and managing OT Content Server Web Forms for enhanced user interaction and data collection.
- Show capability in generating LiveReports to provide valuable insights and analytics for informed decision-making.
- Display a solid understanding of OpenText Content Server Workflow to optimize business processes and improve productivity.
