Job Summary
As a Sr. Product Specialist in our organization you will leverage your expertise in Mendix to drive innovation and efficiency in our product offerings. With a focus on Life and Annuities Insurance you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site ensuring a balanced work-life experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions using Mendix.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for product development.
- Develop and maintain Mendix applications to enhance product functionality and user experience.
- Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and debugging processes.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders to resolve complex issues.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of applications to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Document technical processes and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into product enhancements.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Mendix and Life and Annuities Insurance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all product development activities.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in application development and deployment.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong background in Mendix with a minimum of 6 years of experience in application development.
- Demonstrate expertise in Life and Annuities Insurance enhancing domain-specific product solutions.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Show proficiency in agile methodologies and experience in hybrid work models.
- Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
