About the role
As a QA Lead / Test Manager - Commercial Real Estate Asset Management & Investment Experience, you will make an impact by owning end‑to‑end quality assurance for complex, data‑intensive financial platforms within Commercial Real Estate Asset Management. You will be a trusted quality partner to business stakeholders and play a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory confidence, and release readiness across PGIM Real Estate’s Asset Central program. You will work closely with Business Product Managers, cross‑functional Agile teams, and engineering leaders across multiple PODs and workstreams.
In this role, you will:
• Own and govern the end‑to‑end QA strategy, test planning, execution, and release readiness across multiple Agile PODs and workstreams.
• Partner directly with Business Product Managers as a quality advisor—aligning testing priorities to business outcomes, investor impact, and financial risk.
• Lead financial data validation for Commercial Real Estate platforms, including validation of LTV, DSCR, NOI, NAV/GAV, fund and deal allocation logic, and portfolio analytics accuracy.
• Drive risk‑based testing for high‑impact business flows, ensuring financial accuracy, audit trail completeness, regulatory controls, and entitlement governance.
• Lead API and integration testing across Asset Central and connected systems using REST APIs, Postman, and SoapUI; ensure end‑to‑end data integrity across platforms.
Work model: Remote
We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a remote position open to qualified applicants in the United States, with preference for candidates located in or near Newark, NJ or Dallas, TX to support stakeholder alignment and periodic in person collaboration.
