As a Principal Infra Developer with expertise in Splunk Admin you will play a crucial role in designing implementing and maintaining infrastructure solutions that drive our business objectives. With a hybrid work model and day shifts you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of our systems. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and reliability of our infrastructure supporting the companys growth and innovation.


Responsibilities

  • Design and implement robust infrastructure solutions that align with business goals and technical requirements.
  • Oversee the administration and optimization of Splunk environments to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate infrastructure solutions with existing systems and applications.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members on best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure configurations and processes.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • Implement security measures and protocols to protect infrastructure from potential threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Lead initiatives to automate infrastructure processes reducing manual intervention and increasing productivity.
  • Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance infrastructure capabilities and performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts to optimize infrastructure operations and support organizational growth.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 12 years of experience in infrastructure development and administration.
  • Demonstrate extensive experience in Splunk Admin with a proven track record of successful implementations.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Have a deep understanding of infrastructure security measures and best practices.
  • Show proficiency in automation tools and techniques to streamline infrastructure processes.
  • Display excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

    Splunk Certified Admin ITIL Foundation Certification
