About the role
Manage the end-to-end HR processes (from hire to exit) in Cognizant HR Shared Service Team. HR Administrator will work very closely with HR, Recruitment & business
In this role, you will:
Provide Multilingual support within HR shared service team
Provide end-to-end administrative support in HR processes for the entire lifecycle for the employees during their Cognizant tenure
Cooperation with HR, Recruitment Team, Offshore, Payroll and other business functions within the organization
Reviewing, improving, managing HR processes
Maintain agreed SLA and SOP on all processes
Work model:

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2/3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Vilniaus. What you need to have to be considered
Good Verbal and Written communication skills
MS Office especially Excel, Word, Outlook
2+ years in HR or related administration / process management experience, preferable in multinational company
Fluent English and Lithuanian language

Salary of 2000 EUR to 2400 EUR gross before taxes, which is based on the predefined salary ranges for the position and depends on the level of competence and experience of the candidate.
