Job Summary
The Sr. Developer role focuses on delivering high-quality solutions using Reltio Integration Hub and Reltio MDM within the Life and Annuities Insurance domain. The candidate will work in a hybrid model collaborating with cross-functional teams to design develop and implement scalable solutions that drive business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement scalable solutions using Reltio Integration Hub and Reltio MDM to meet business requirements in the Life and Annuities Insurance domain.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.
- Design and optimize data models and workflows to enhance data quality and streamline processes.
- Provide technical expertise in integrating Reltio MDM with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance identifying and resolving issues to maintain high availability and reliability.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system designs configurations and processes to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge sharing.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards to maintain high-quality deliverables.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts QA teams and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide training and support to end-users and team members to enhance their understanding and utilization of Reltio solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Reltio technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data governance policies within the Life and Annuities Insurance domain.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies contributing to sprint planning retrospectives and daily stand-ups to ensure effective team collaboration.
- Support hybrid work model requirements by effectively managing tasks both remotely and on-site as needed.
Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in Reltio Integration Hub and Reltio MDM with hands-on experience in designing and implementing solutions.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the Life and Annuities Insurance domain including its processes regulations and data requirements.
- Exhibit proficiency in data modeling workflow optimization and system integration techniques.
- Showcase excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical challenges effectively.
- Have a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
- Display strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Hold a bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a related field.
- Possess a minimum of 8 years and a maximum of 12 years of relevant experience in software development and integration.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a hybrid work environment.
- Exhibit a proactive approach to learning and applying new technologies and industry best practices.
- Show commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that drive business outcomes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Have experience in creating detailed documentation and providing training to team members and end-users.
