About the role

As a Kinaxis Senior Solution Consultant, you will make an impact by leading functional configuration and solution delivery for Kinaxis RapidResponse / Maestro implementations. You will be a key member of Cognizant’s supply chain planning and transformation team, working closely with solution architects, integration teams, and client stakeholders to deliver scalable, end-to-end planning solutions.

This role bridges business requirements and system design, owns complex configuration and modelling activities across planning streams, and provides mentorship to junior consultants and works closely with Solution Architects, Integration Leads, and client stakeholders to ensure successful end‑to‑end delivery across planning streams

In this role, you will:

· Lead functional configuration and advanced modelling in Kinaxis RapidResponse / Maestro across Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP, and Capacity Planning streams

· Translate business requirements into Kinaxis functional designs, user stories, and configuration activities

· Configure and author Kinaxis components including workbooks, worksheets, measures, hierarchies, calendars, alerts, searches, scheduled tasks, and automation chains

· Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend scalable, industry-aligned supply chain planning solutions

· Collaborate with Integration Leads to support data migration and integrations from ERP and source systems (e.g., SAP, middleware platforms)

· Validate inbound and outbound data, troubleshoot data quality and integration issues, and ensure closed-loop planning integrity

· Support unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing cycles

· Work closely with Solution Architects, functional consultants, and client stakeholders to ensure successful end-to-end delivery

· Mentor junior consultants and promote best practices, quality standards, and delivery excellence

What you need to have to be considered

· Strong hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse / Maestro configuration and authoring

· Solid understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain Planning, including Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP, and Capacity Planning

· Functional knowledge of ERP and planning system integrations (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, APO)

· Experience translating business requirements into functional designs and scalable planning solutions

· Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

· Ability to work effectively in a remote, global delivery environment

These will help you stand out

· Kinaxis Solution Consultant – Level 1 Certification

· Kinaxis Author Certification – Level 2

· Experience delivering large-scale or enterprise Kinaxis implementations

· Consulting experience supporting global supply chain transformation programs

· Proven ability to mentor junior team members and lead functional workstreams

Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until May 15, 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $100,890- $138,000depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
