About the role
As an Azure Integration Architect, you will make an impact by designing and implementing secure, scalable, and high-performing Azure-based integration solutions that align with business objectives. You will be a valued member of the Technology Architecture team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, development teams, and cross-functional IT partners.
In this role, you will
Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure Azure integration solutions using Azure Logic Apps, Azure API Management, and Azure Service Bus.
Translate business and technical requirements into end-to-end architectural designs in collaboration with stakeholders.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to Azure best practices and standards.
Optimize performance, availability, and reliability of Azure-based applications through proactive tuning and monitoring.
Drive integration strategy and innovation to improve system interoperability and operational efficiency.
What you need to have to be considered
Proven experience as a Technology or Integration Architect designing solutions on Microsoft Azure.
Strong expertise in Azure Logic Apps, Azure API Management, and Azure Service Bus.
Hands-on experience with cloud-based system integrations and event-driven architectures.
Strong understanding of Azure security, governance, and compliance best practices.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
These will help you stand out
Experience in Ocean and Ro-Ro Transportation or related logistics and transportation domains.
Knowledge of additional Azure services such as Azure Functions, Azure Monitor, and Application Insights.
Experience creating architectural documentation, workflows, and integration standards.
Exposure to modern integration patterns, API-led connectivity, and microservices architectures.
Demonstrated ability to identify process improvement opportunities and drive innovation.
Work model: Remote from the United States, customer based in Parsippany, NJ on Eastern Time Zone

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $83,600 – $129,500 depending on experience and other qualifications
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to plan terms.
