We are seeking a highly skilled Developer with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in JavaScript Adobe Workfront Project Manager Workfront Adobe Workfront Fusion and Adobe Workfront. This role involves driving impactful solutions and ensuring seamless project execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Location: Pheonix, Arizona. This is an onsite role requiring work at location, no remote.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $90,000/Year to $110,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust solutions using JavaScript and Adobe Workfront tools to meet project requirements and business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for effective project execution.
- Provide technical expertise in Adobe Workfront Fusion to automate workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee the integration of Adobe Workfront tools with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of Workfront applications to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high-quality standards in development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Workfront and JavaScript applications to minimize downtime.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all development processes ensuring clarity and accessibility for team members.
- Work closely with project managers to align technical deliverables with project timelines and objectives.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards in software development and project management.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior developers to foster skill development and team growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business needs.
- Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance the companys technical capabilities.
- Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in JavaScript enabling the development of dynamic and interactive applications.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Workfront Project Manager ensuring effective project tracking and management.
- Have hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion to streamline workflows and automate processes.
- Showcase in-depth knowledge of Workfront tools and their integration capabilities.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills to address technical challenges effectively.
- Display strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Hold a bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a related field.
- Possess a proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Demonstrate adaptability to hybrid work models and flexibility in managing tasks remotely.
- Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions within deadlines.
