Job Summary

The Sr. Test Analyst role involves ensuring the quality and reliability of software systems through advanced testing methodologies. The candidate will focus on API testing automation using Selenium with Java and advanced Java techniques while leveraging domain expertise in Cards and Payments. This hybrid role offers a dynamic work environment with a day shift schedule.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive API testing to ensure seamless integration and functionality of software systems.
  • Develop and execute automation test scripts using Selenium and Java to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy.
  • Utilize advanced Java techniques to troubleshoot and resolve complex testing challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure alignment with testing objectives.
  • Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
  • Identify and document software defects ensuring timely resolution to maintain system reliability.
  • Implement best practices in testing methodologies to optimize processes and deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in testing strategies and tools.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all testing activities.
  • Leverage domain expertise in Cards and Payments to validate system functionality and ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Participate in requirement analysis sessions to identify potential testing challenges and propose solutions.
  • Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of test environments to support ongoing testing activities.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of testing processes within the software development lifecycle.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in API testing with a strong understanding of integration principles.
  • Exhibit expertise in automation testing using Selenium and Java showcasing hands-on experience in script development.
  • Possess advanced Java skills to address complex testing scenarios and optimize performance.
  • Showcase domain knowledge in Cards and Payments ensuring accurate validation of system functionalities.
  • Display strong analytical skills to interpret test results and provide actionable insights.
  • Have excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members.


Certifications Required

ISTQB Certification Selenium Automation Testing Certification
