This hybrid role is designed for a recruiter with 1 to 3 years of experience focusing on sourcing screening and onboarding top talent. The position emphasizes collaboration efficiency and alignment with organizational goals to ensure the acquisition of high-quality candidates.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards social media and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate suitability and alignment with company culture.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams ensuring a seamless process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers to ensure transparency and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions to attract top talent.
  • Support onboarding processes to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the organization.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to leadership on hiring progress.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance strategies.
  • Promote the companys employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
