Job Summary
This role involves designing and implementing strategic data architecture solutions leading data migration initiatives and leveraging AWS services to optimize business processes. The Principal Architect will collaborate across teams to ensure seamless integration and transformation of data while driving innovation in the Engineering Construction and Energy Trading domains.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable data architecture solutions to meet organizational goals and objectives.
- Oversee data migration processes ensuring accuracy efficiency and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Develop and optimize data transformation scripts to facilitate seamless integration and processing of complex datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data architecture strategies with business requirements and industry standards.
- Provide expertise in AWS services to enhance data storage processing and analytics capabilities.
- Conduct thorough assessments of existing data systems and recommend improvements to enhance performance and reliability.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage emerging technologies in data architecture and cloud services.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and security protocols to safeguard sensitive information.
- Mentor and guide team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Partner with stakeholders in the Engineering Construction and Energy Trading domains to understand specific data requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions making adjustments as needed to achieve optimal results.
- Prepare detailed documentation and reports to communicate progress challenges and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
