About the role

As a Change Manager, you will develop a change management strategy based on a situational awareness of the details of the change and conduct change impact analysis, change readiness assessments, identify key stakeholders, evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.

We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2 to 4 days a week in a client or Cognizant office. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs.

What you must have to be considered

  • Experience and knowledgeable of change management principles and methodologies (example: Prosci certification)
  • Have carried out Organisation Change Management activities in at least 3 large scale business/digital transformation engagements. These activities included Change Planning, Change Impact Assessment, Change Readiness Assessment, Stakeholder Analysis and Management, Communication etc.
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.


These will help you succeed

  • Have experience working with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan.
  • You have experience providing a set of Change and Training frameworks that can be leveraged across the different groups within the organization.
  • Have experience conducting change impact analysis, change readiness assessments, identify key stakeholders, evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.
