Job Summary
The Program Manager / Product Owner will lead strategic technology programs focused on software development, application and B2B integrations, business process improvement, and data analytics. This role works closely with business stakeholders, customers, engineering teams, and external partners to deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Product Management
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of strategic technology programs and products
- Define product vision, roadmap, scope, and priorities based on business needs
- Manage multiple projects across software development, application integration, and B2B partner integration
- Ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery with high quality and customer satisfaction
Stakeholder & Customer Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, technology teams, and partners
- Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications
- Facilitate regular status updates, reviews, and governance meetings
Business Analysis & Process Improvement
- Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements
- Perform gap analysis, validation, and solution design aligned with business objectives
- Support change management and user adoption
Data Analytics & Business Intelligence
- Lead business intelligence and data analytics initiatives
- Work with data teams on data modeling, logic, configuration, and visualization
- Ensure data accuracy, usability, and meaningful insights for business decision‑making
- Support dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions
Agile & Delivery Execution
- Serve as Product Owner in Agile/Scrum teams
- Own and manage product backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Partner with engineering teams during design, development, testing, and release
- Ensure continuous improvement and value delivery
Technical & Operational Support
- Oversee solution design, development, testing, and production support
- Validate system integrations and end‑to‑end workflows
- Support issue resolution, enhancements, and optimization post‑deployment
