Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $110,000/Year to $135,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Roles and Responsibilities
Business Analyst to support Gilead’s Digital Experience programs across Commercial, Non‑CMS, DDME, and product‑launch initiatives. The role requires strong requirements ownership, stakeholder coordination, and delivery support in a fast‑paced, highly governed environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead requirements elicitation and translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Own user‑story creation and backlog management in Azure DevOps (ADO), ensuring traceability and delivery readiness.
Work closely with Product Owners to support prioritization, clarify scope, and enable timely decision‑making.
Provide daily updates, status reporting, and progress visibility to stakeholders.
Act as a central liaison between business stakeholders, delivery teams, offshore teams, Scrum Masters, architects, QA, and agencies.
Coordinate with external agencies on requirements clarifications, design feedback, and delivery dependencies.
Support multiple concurrent initiatives, balancing priorities while maintaining quality and clarity.
Participate in design walkthroughs, UAT preparation, triage discussions, and sign‑off processes.
Proactively identify requirement gaps, risks, and dependencies and drive timely resolution.
Required Qualifications

• Life sciences domain experience
• Ado Dashoboard, Creation of user stories, offshore coordination
• Prior experience working in high velocity, distributed delivery models - especially where the BA plays a strong ownership role across requirements, clarification, and sprint execution - would be expected.
