Job Summary :
- Automation Engineers DeltaV We are looking to hire a DeltaV DCS Automation Engineer who will join a multi disciplined automation team on our clients biologics manufacturing facility in the Limerick
- 6 - 10 years experience
- Any DCS PLC SCADA Automation GMP Essential Emerson DeltaV other DCS System
Responsibilities :
- The Automation Engineer will join a multi disciplined automation sustaining / project team on our clients site.
- The Automation Engineer will work on DeltaV Batch software implementing small projects and Automation change controls for continuous process improvement.
- Working closely together with the Automation Engineers and other departments to ensure deliverables are ready in time for the different milestones and projects.
- All software must be fully compliant with S88 standards.
- Generating review and approve design and test documentation.
- 3+ Years DeltaV Batch design configuration and testing a requirement Pharma/biotech industry experience
- Deep process understanding of production processes used like upstream downstream processes or CIP and/or has a deep knowledge of automation system architectures PLC systems (Allen Bradley Siemens) experience an advantage
- Knowledge of Interfacing between DCS and PLC system Certified completion DeltaV DCS training
- Strong knowledge of S88 Batch standard Good understanding of GAMP Candidate should be a self-starter and take ownership of workload Excellent communication
