This role involves designing and implementing scalable secure and efficient web solutions using Acquia Cloud Site Factory Acquia Sitestudio Drupal and related technologies. Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $120,000/Year to $140,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Responsibilities
· Provide L2 application support for Drupal websites (incidents, service requests, minor changes) developed and owned by an external product team.
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Drupal core, modules, configuration, performance, and availability without direct ownership of development.
· Support production operations including monitoring, cron jobs, cache management, log analysis, and platform health (e.g., Acquia).
· Coordinate with L3/Product teams for defect fixes, code-related issues, and releases; perform post‑deployment validation and support.
· Ensure SLA adherence, documentation (SOPs/runbooks), and operational stability following ITSM and change management processes.
· Client & Stakeholder Management, Onshore–Offshore Coordination
· Requirements & Solutioning, Communication & Escalation Management
Qualifications
1. Experience working on –
· Acquia
· Cloudflare,
· New Relic,
· Drupal 10/11,
· Splunk and
· HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
2.Show proficiency in designing scalable and reusable components to optimize development processes.
3.Display knowledge of web performance optimization techniques to enhance user experience and application efficiency.
4.Possess experience in conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
5.Demonstrate the ability to document technical designs and workflows for knowledge sharing and scalability.
6.Have a proactive approach to staying updated on emerging technologies and trends in web development.
