About the Role
As a Consulting Manager - Product Manager - Consumer Health (AI-Driven Formulation & Claims Intelligence), you will make an impact by leading the development of AI-enabled platforms and products supporting consumer health innovation, with a deep focus on formulation optimization, claims insights, and scientific substantiation. You will be a valued member of the Consumer Health team and work collaboratively with formulation scientists, clinical and consumer evidence teams, regulatory and legal stakeholders, and AI/ML engineering teams, as well as clients.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-driven R&D and claims platforms, from unmet need discovery through formulation intelligence, claims generation, validation, and post-launch learning.
- Develop and deliver AI-enabled solutions for ingredient selection, excipient compatibility, bioavailability modeling, and consumer sensory prediction.
- Own and advance AI-enabled Claims Intelligence platforms, supporting claims ideation, evidence gap analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
- Integrate data from clinical studies, consumer usage, and post-market surveillance to drive closed-loop learning and evidence generation strategies.
- Ensure scientific rigor, regulatory readiness, and consumer trust while enabling global scaling and localization of claims and formulations.

What you must have to be considered
- Bachelor’s or Master’s, in chemical engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, AI/ML, Data Science, Biomedical Engineering, or Consumer Health Sciences.
- 10-12 of work experience with at least 5–10 years in Consumer Health R&D, Formulation Science, or Claims Development and/or Digital Product Management with strong scientific exposure.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning and NLP concepts, AI model lifecycle, and MLOps fundamentals.
- Proven ability to translate scientific problems into technical product requirements and communicate complex AI and science topics clearly.
- Experience working with OTC, wellness, nutrition, or consumer healthcare products.

- Experience influencing senior R&D, Regulatory, and Commercial leaders.
- Strong storytelling using data, evidence, and consumer insights.
- Demonstrated ability to enable global scaling and localization of claims and formulations.
