About the role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital and technology initiatives, including planning, execution, tracking, and reporting.
- Develop and manage integrated project plans covering scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate delivery across internal teams, external vendors, and technology partners.
- Establish and manage project governance, including status reporting, risk and issue management, and change control.
- Prepare and present clear, concise updates to senior stakeholders and Steering Committees.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives, technology delivery, and agreed success criteria.
- Track financials, effort, and utilization; support budget management and forecasting.
- Identify delivery risks early and drive mitigation plans to resolution.
- Support adoption of modern delivery practices, including AI-enabled tools for reporting, insights, and productivity improvement.
- Build and guide high-performing, cross-functional, and geographically distributed teams.
Work model
What you need to have to be considered
- 15+ years of experience in project or program management for large-scale enterprise initiatives.
- Proven track record delivering digital transformation programs for large or complex organizations.
- Experience managing multi-vendor and multi-platform technology environments.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, customer experience, data, and related enterprise systems.
- Experience working with Agile, Hybrid, or traditional delivery models.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
These will help you stand out
- Experience with platforms such as Adobe, Salesforce, Sitecore, Google, or Microsoft.
- Exposure to AI-enabled delivery, automation, or advanced analytics.
- Background in consulting or enterprise digital programs.
- Relevant project management or architecture certifications.
