Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Messaging Architect with extensive experience across Microsoft Exchange Online Exchange OnPrem and hybrid messaging environments The role involves planning designing and supporting enterprise messaging platforms with a focus on availability security and compliance
Responsibilities
Architect and implement hybrid messaging environments using Exchange Online and Exchange Server
Lead endtoend mailbox migration strategies coexistence planning and infrastructure upgrades
Configure routing transport rules connectors antispamantimalware and compliance policies
Troubleshoot complex mail flow issues across hybrid and multitenant environments
Integrate messaging security solutions including EOP MDOM365 Defender DKIM DMARC SPF
Perform environment health checks capacity planning and performance optimization
Support PST elimination projects and archive migrations
Collaborate with security identity and network teams for seamless messaging integration
Create documentation including architecture diagrams runbooks and SOPs
Monitor Microsoft roadmap to adopt new features aligned with enterprise strategy
Required Skills
Expertlevel knowledge of Exchange OnPrem 201320162019 and Exchange Online
Handson experience with hybrid mail flow SMTP routing DNS mail records
Messaging security tools and threat protection experience
PowerShell automation for mailbox transport migration and compliance workflows
Strong troubleshooting skills for complex messaging scenarios
