About the role
As an Engagement Delivery Lead – QEA, you will make an impact by leading end‑to‑end delivery of complex IT and testing‑led transformation programs, ensuring alignment with client business goals and successful outcomes. You will be a valued member of the delivery leadership team and work collaboratively with senior client stakeholders, internal delivery teams, and third‑party partners.
In this role, you will:
• Lead the planning and execution of large, complex, end‑to‑end IT and testing‑focused programs, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, cost, and quality commitments.
• Partner with C‑level and senior business stakeholders to manage communication, expectations, risks, and escalation paths.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and vendors to ensure seamless delivery across testing, automation, data, GenAI, and core IT streams.
• Oversee program governance, including progress tracking, financial management, risk mitigation, quality assurance, and change management.
• Drive transformation and innovation by aligning delivery with client strategy, process modernization, and enterprise adoption initiatives.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation for future reference and audit purposes.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation to meet project demands and timelines.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and opportunities

What you need to have to be considered
• 10+ years of program and/or project management experience delivering large‑scale IT initiatives.
• 15+ years of experience in software testing with a strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Proven experience managing communications and expectations with C‑level and executive stakeholders.
• Expertise in aligning client strategy with delivery, including test automation, GenAI initiatives, and data strategy.
• Strong financial, risk, and change management skills, including budget ownership, dependency management, and adoption planning.

• Strong domain knowledge or delivery experience within the General Insurance industry.
