Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Specialist with 8 to 12 years of experience to manage and optimize M365 Admin and M365 Copilot environments. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model ensuring seamless integration and functionality of cloud solutions while driving operational excellence. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organizations cloud strategy and contribute to innovative solutions in the Provider domain.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain M365 Admin and M365 Copilot environments to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Implement and monitor cloud-based solutions to meet organizational requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design deploy and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure and services.
  • Provide technical expertise in M365 tools ensuring seamless integration and functionality across platforms.
  • Develop and document best practices for cloud operations including security compliance and scalability.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
  • Support end-users by addressing technical queries and providing training on M365 tools and features.
  • Evaluate emerging cloud technologies and recommend solutions to improve business processes and outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies and industry standards in all cloud-related activities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align cloud strategies with business goals and objectives.
  • Optimize costs and resources by implementing efficient cloud management practices.
  • Drive innovation by leveraging M365 Copilot to automate workflows and enhance productivity.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in cloud computing to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Qualifications

  • Demonstrate strong expertise in M365 Admin and M365 Copilot with hands-on experience in managing these platforms.
  • Possess a solid understanding of cloud architecture security and compliance best practices.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Showcase effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Have experience in the Provider domain which is a valuable addition to the role.
  • Be proficient in hybrid work models ensuring seamless coordination between on-site and remote teams.

    Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
