We are seeking a skilled Sr. AJO developer who has experience to design and implement advanced solutions in AEP Customer Journey Analytics AEP Adobe Journey Optimiser and AEP RTCDP within the Provider domain. This role requires expertise in leveraging Adobe Experience Platform technologies to enhance customer engagement and drive business outcomes.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000/Year to $115,000/Year CAD depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

Responsibilities

· Lead the design, development, and optimization of real-time, cross-channel customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer.

· Design and manage event-triggered and segment-qualified journeys, including entry conditions, re-entry logic, throttling, exit criteria, and journey versioning.

· Translate complex business and marketing requirements into scalable, secure, and performant technical solutions aligned with Adobe reference architectures and best practices.

· Architect and implement solutions using Adobe Experience Platform, including XDM schemas, datasets, profiles, identity namespaces, and merge policies.

· Partner with data and architecture teams to design and troubleshoot identity resolution and profile stitching strategies.

· Configure and oversee orchestration across channels including email, push, SMS, in-app, and web.

· Design and oversee integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and event-based architectures.

· Establish and enforce coding standards, development patterns, and implementation guidelines for AJO and AEP.

· Diagnose and resolve complex platform, data, and journey execution issues using journey logs, message feedback events, and AEP monitoring.

· Support sandbox strategy and environment promotion (dev, QA, stage, prod), including release readiness and post-deployment validation.

· Collaborate with architects, project managers, and solution leads in Agile delivery teams.

· Contribute to technical documentation, solution designs, estimations, and implementation roadmaps.

Qualifications

· 6+ years of experience in marketing technology or enterprise application development.

· Strong hands-on experience delivering solutions with Adobe Journey Optimizer.

· Deep knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform, including XDM modeling, profile management, identity resolution, and governance.

· Solid experience with SQL and relational data models.

· Proven experience integrating enterprise systems via REST and SOAP APIs.

· Ability to lead technical discussions and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
