Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Architect with 12 to 16 years of expertise to design and implement cutting-edge solutions using Azure Kore Agent Assist and Kore.AI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Data Models and will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. This role focuses on delivering impactful solutions that align with business objectives and enhance user experiences.


Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable and efficient architectures using Azure Kore Agent Assist and Kore.AI to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and optimize data models to support advanced analytics and decision-making processes.
  • Provide technical expertise in integrating Kore.AI solutions with existing systems to enhance automation and user interaction.
  • Ensure the security scalability and reliability of cloud-based solutions in a hybrid work environment.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and provide guidance to development teams to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Create detailed technical documentation including architecture diagrams and solution designs for seamless implementation.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system performance identifying and resolving issues proactively.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in Azure Kore.AI and related technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the delivered solutions meet business objectives and user expectations.
  • Provide mentorship and knowledge sharing to team members to foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Participate in project planning and estimation activities to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices in software development cloud computing and data modeling.


Qualifications

  • Possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Azure Kore Agent Assist and Kore.AI.
  • Demonstrate expertise in designing and implementing complex data models for analytics and reporting.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Showcase excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
  • Have a proven track record of delivering scalable and secure cloud-based solutions.
  • Display a commitment to staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.


Certifications Required

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert Kore.AI Developer Certification
