Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Microsoft Teams environments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across the organization.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Teams-related issues ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
  • Implement and maintain best practices for Microsoft Teams administration focusing on security scalability and user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy solutions that enhance productivity and align with organizational goals.
  • Monitor system performance and usage metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to educate users on Microsoft Teams features and functionalities.
  • Stay updated on the latest Microsoft Teams updates and features ensuring the organization leverages cutting-edge collaboration tools.
  • Work closely with stakeholders in the Media and Entertainment domain to understand specific requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations while managing Microsoft Teams environments.
  • Create detailed documentation for system configurations processes and troubleshooting guides to support ongoing operations.
  • Coordinate with vendors and external partners to resolve technical issues and implement new features or updates.
  • Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance collaboration tools and processes within the organization.
  • Support hybrid work model initiatives by ensuring Microsoft Teams is optimized for both in-office and remote users.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in Microsoft Teams administration including configuration troubleshooting and optimization.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in collaboration tools specifically Microsoft Teams to support organizational communication needs.
  • Have a solid understanding of the Media and Entertainment domain enabling tailored solutions for industry-specific challenges.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills to address technical issues and improve system performance.
  • Showcase strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Display a proactive approach to staying updated on new features and technologies related to Microsoft Teams.
  • Hold a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with a maximum of 10 years in managing collaboration tools and systems.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work in a hybrid work model ensuring seamless integration of remote and in-office operations.
  • Possess a detail-oriented mindset to create comprehensive documentation and training materials.
  • Exhibit a customer-focused approach to provide exceptional support and solutions for end-users.
