About the role
As an AI Chief Architect (f/d/m), you will make an impact by shaping Cognizant's AI portfolio—designing high-impact AI use cases, building compelling value propositions, and enabling early-stage client engagement that transforms opportunity spaces into structured, scalable, commercially strong AI offerings that drive growth for the AI Market Unit. You will be a valued member of the AI Market Unit team and work collaboratively with clients, sales teams, consulting, pre-sales specialists, ecosystem leaders, service line and business unit heads, and external technology and business leaders.
In this role, you will
• Own the conceptual and architectural design for prioritized AI use cases and offerings, translating business problems, industry signals, and AI capabilities into structured solution blueprints and compelling narratives.
• Build business value frameworks, impact models, ROI frameworks, and client-ready points of view, and create reusable offering assets such as pitch decks, one-pagers, demo scripts, and solution differentiators.
• Partner with clients, sales, consulting, and pre-sales teams in early discovery phases, leading ideation sessions and offering walkthroughs to surface use cases and refine solution approaches.
• Own AI offering portfolio inputs—prioritization, roadmap, investment inputs, GTM readiness criteria, and pricing and sales-kit approval—while remaining accountable for offering lifecycle performance across revenue, adoption, and renewals.
• Influence GTM and market positioning, field enablement through playbooks and value-selling tools, and engineering decisions that ensure offerings are scalable and deployment ready.
• Consistently demonstrate the Cognizant Way to Lead through strategic agility, client value creation, AI-led innovation, disciplined execution, collaborative ecosystem building and amplifying human potential through a culture of growth, inclusion and effective human-AI collaboration.
