Job Summary

Join a global technology team as a Developer specializing in Manhattan WMOS and Manhattan Active building robust supply chain solutions for consumer goods clients in a hybrid work model. Apply expertise in warehouse and order management to design configure and optimize enterprise grade applications that improve fulfillment accuracy inventory visibility and operational efficiency while aligning with day time schedules and no travel expectations.


Responsibilities

  • Design scalable Manhattan WMOS and Manhattan Active configurations that align with supply chain consumer goods processes ensuring reliable support for warehouse operations and order fulfillment workflows
  • Develop robust custom components extensions and integrations within Manhattan WMOS and Manhattan Active to address complex client requirements without disrupting core product stability
  • Configure inbound outbound wave management and inventory control capabilities in Manhattan WMOS to improve picking accuracy space utilization and throughput performance
  • Implement Manhattan Active capabilities that enhance omnichannel order orchestration allocation and promising to support consistent and timely delivery commitments
  • Create and optimize integration flows between Manhattan platforms and enterprise systems such as ERP transportation and planning applications using industry standard patterns and tools
  • Analyze functional and technical requirements from supply chain stakeholders and translate them into detailed technical designs that can be implemented and tested efficiently
  • Develop execute and automate unit and integration tests for Manhattan WMOS and Manhattan Active components to ensure high quality and predictable releases in the day shift hybrid environment
  • Troubleshoot production and non production issues in warehouse and order management flows by performing structured root cause analysis and implementing sustainable corrective actions
  • Optimize database queries batch jobs and configuration parameters within Manhattan platforms to improve response times job completion windows and overall system reliability
  • Collaborate closely with product owners functional consultants and operations teams to refine backlog items and prioritize enhancements that deliver measurable value to consumer goods supply chains
  • Prepare clear technical documentation covering solution design configuration decisions data mappings and deployment procedures to support maintainability and knowledge sharing
  • Participate in code reviews and quality gates to ensure that all Manhattan WMOS and Manhattan Active customizations follow internal standards and promote secure and maintainable solutions
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by proposing new patterns reusable assets and configuration practices that enhance implementation speed and consistency across projects


Qualifications

  • Possess hands on experience in designing and implementing Manhattan WMOS solutions including configuration of core warehouse functions such as receiving putaway picking packing and shipping for enterprise environments
  • Demonstrate strong practical experience with Manhattan Active including setup of order management allocation logic fulfillment flows and related integration touchpoints for consumer goods operations
  • Exhibit deep understanding of supply chain management principles covering demand planning inventory policies warehouse processes and distribution strategies as applied to real world scenarios
  • Bring domain experience in supply chain for consumer goods including fast moving goods behavior promotional demand patterns and service level expectations from retail and e commerce partners
  • Apply solid skills in analyzing complex business processes mapping them to Manhattan platform capabilities and proposing feasible solutions that balance configuration and customization
  • Utilize experience in SQL and enterprise integration techniques to build monitor and optimize data interfaces between Manhattan solutions and surrounding digital ecosystem components
  • Show proven ability to work in a hybrid model within distributed teams applying effective communication documentation and collaboration practices to ensure smooth day time delivery cycles
  • Maintain familiarity with modern software development practices including version control continuous integration automated testing and release management in large enterprise environments
  • Display strong problem solving and analytical skills with the capacity to diagnose defects in warehouse and order management flows and to design targeted improvements that enhance operational efficiency
