Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engineer - Betio Sgrignoli Ariamy CWR to FTE
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and maintain technology roadmaps for assigned platforms
Ensure adherence to standard methodologies automation practices scalable design and programmatic standards within the technology stack
Propose innovative ideas to improve assigned technology platforms
Act as an inspiring collaborator within the engineering community
Perform hands on software development and engineering activities
Partner with business stakeholders to implement and automate marketing journeys including template development
Qualifications
EDUCATION
University degree required Bachelors degree or Technologist
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS
Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud development experience
Experience working within Agile software development teams
Strong planning organizational and decision making skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Results driven mindset with the ability to learn quickly and work independently
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise
Email Specialist Certification required
Hands on experience with HTML CSS SQL AMPscript JavaScript and email design best practices
Experience creating and maintaining automations data extensions and data transfer processes in Marketing Cloud
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word Excel PowerPoint and SharePoint
Knowledge of email regulatory compliance including CAN SPAM GDPR and CCPA
SALESFORCE AND INTEGRATION KNOWLEDGE
Strong understanding of Salesforce platforms including Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud Connect
Knowledge of cross browser and front end development challenges
Experience with email rendering and testing tools such as Litmus and Email on Acid
Familiarity with integration technologies including SOAP APIs and REST APIs
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Interaction Studio and Salesforce CDP knowledge
Custom Profile Center development and implementation experience
Digital advertising and social media campaign integrations including Facebook Ads and TikTok
Experience with Einstein tools implementation
Strong analytical skills
Web analytics experience including Google Analytics 360 and related integration tools
