About the role
We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Engineer to design, implement, and maintain secure network solutions that defend against advanced cyber threats and protect our organisation's critical digital assets. You will be responsible for identifying vulnerabilities, securing systems against unauthorised access, establishing robust security protocols, and ensuring data confidentiality across our infrastructure.
What you will do
Develop and maintain comprehensive security policies, procedures, and compliance hub.
Guide product teams on security best practices and compliance requirements.
Serve as the primary contact for regulatory bodies and certification authorities.
Engage in adoption, implementation, and automation of security compliance verification tools.
Maintain thorough documentation of compliance activities and audit findings.
Monitor and continuously improve security processes and controls.
Assist product teams in implementing security measures including cloud and application security.
To make this happen you need to have
Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity, focusing on compliance and regulatory requirements.
Deep understanding of information security principles, standards (ISO 27001, NIST), and regulatory requirements (ETSI 303645, RED, GDPR, CCPA).
Familiarity with relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA).
Experience in software development, IoT engineering, security code review, and secure development lifecycle (an advantage).
Experience with Agile development methods and tools such as Atlassian SaaS (an advantage).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering; Master's Degree and/or cybersecurity specialisation is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and collaborative approach.
