About the Role
As a Consulting Manager Business Analyst in Asset & Wealth Management, you will make an impact by driving large-scale product transformation and delivering innovative technology solutions for financial services clients. You will be a valued member of our consulting team, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, technology teams, and business leaders to shape the future of wealth management platforms.
In this role, you will:
Lead business and functional analysis
Asset & Wealth Management, with a focus on trading, portfolio rebalancing, and householding.
Translate business and advisor needs into analytical requirements, data models, dashboards, and insights to support strategic decision-making.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand use cases through interviews, market and competitive analysis, and ongoing collaboration.
Define, track, and analyze key metrics to measure platform performance, adoption, and outcomes, driving data-informed recommendations.
Support the implementation of new solutions through requirements gathering, documentation, validation, testing, and evaluation of pilots and releases.
Build strong cross-functional relationships with Product, Technology, and Business teams to ensure alignment between data insights and strategic objectives.
Provide business analysis, process analysis, project support, and UAT coordination for strategic initiatives.
Synthesize internal, external, and industry information into clear business insights, impact assessments, and recommendations
Partner with Infrastructure, Architecture, and Enterprise Data teams to design and contribute to data and analytics roadmaps ensuring performance, scalability, and availability.
Analyze and optimize business processes and operating models supporting trading and rebalancer platforms, improving efficiency, data quality, and time to insight.
Define and support compliance with non-functional data requirements, including performance, data quality, accessibility, and interoperability.
Stay current with analytics tools, data platforms, and industry trends through continuous learning, conferences, and professional networks.
Work Model
We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this position requires 3-4 days a week in a client office in Charlotte, NC. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance through our various wellbeing programs.
What you must have to be considered
At least 15+ years of experience in business analysis, functional analysis, or related roles, preferably supporting platform products or infrastructure services .
Strong domain expertise in Asset & Wealth Management and Financial Services, including trading, portfolio rebalancing, and householding.
- Advanced knowledge of capital markets from a data and analytics perspective.
- Advanced experience in equity, derivatives, fixed income, options, private and alternative markets.
- Experience with agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Kanban in enterprise environments.
- In-depth experience in cloud technology (AWS, Azure, Google).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to create and deliver executive-level presentations.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and drive outcomes without direct authority; skilled in risk management and project leadership.
- Skilled in rebalance and overlay trading functionality, operations infrastructure, and regulatory compliance for trading and portfolio management.
- Strong project management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and multi-task.

- Experience in a client-facing role within broker-dealer, RIA, investment, or financial services firms.
- High level of intellectual curiosity and business acumen.
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with all levels within an organization.

- Ability to increase product adoption through advisor dialogue and investor marketing campaigns.
