Job Summary
This role focuses on managing complex map data operations for a global technology client in the high tech domain ensuring precise geospatial data quality efficient workflows and consistent delivery excellence. The professional will coordinate mapping tasks mentor team members and uphold rigorous standards in data accuracy while working from office during day shifts with no travel requirements.
Responsibilities
- Drive daily map data processing activities to ensure high accuracy and consistency across large scale digital mapping projects for global clients in the high tech domain
- Coordinate task allocation and progress tracking for mapping specialists to maintain predictable throughput and timely delivery of project milestones
- Review complex geospatial outputs to identify data gaps anomalies and improvement opportunities that directly enhance customer experience and product reliability
- Implement standardized mapping procedures and best practices that support scalable operations within the maps program and reduce rework
- Provide detailed feedback and coaching for team members to improve mapping techniques data interpretation skills and adherence to project guidelines
- Collaborate closely with cross functional stakeholders across product operations and quality teams to clarify mapping requirements and resolve issues efficiently
- Prepare clear status reports and operational summaries that highlight production metrics risks and mitigation plans for management visibility
- Analyze operational data trends to recommend process enhancements that optimize cycle time reduce defects and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Conduct regular quality reviews of completed map tasks to verify adherence to specifications and support root cause analysis for recurring errors
- Ensure strict compliance with information security and data privacy requirements while handling sensitive map content in a controlled office environment
- Support onboarding of new team members by explaining workflows tools and quality expectations ensuring they become productive contributors within defined timelines
- Utilize advanced English communication skills to participate in client interactions documentation preparation and clarification of complex mapping instructions

Qualifications
- Possess six to eight years of professional experience in map data operations geospatial production or closely related digital mapping functions within the high tech sector
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in spoken and written English enabling clear instruction sharing structured documentation and effective coordination with global stakeholders
- Bring solid exposure to high tech industry environments including familiarity with technology driven workflows agile practices and data centric decision making
- Show proven capability in using mapping tools geographic information systems or custom data platforms to review correct and validate complex map datasets
- Exhibit experience in mentoring colleagues or guiding small work groups on process adherence quality expectations and performance best practices without formal leadership hierarchy
- Display strong analytical and problem solving abilities to interpret mapping guidelines diagnose data inconsistencies and implement robust corrective actions
- Maintain high attention to detail and quality orientation while managing repetitive yet complex mapping tasks under defined timelines and operational constraints
- Adopt structured documentation habits to record process changes known issues and resolutions that help standardize knowledge across the maps team
