About the role:
As a Consulting Manager – Organizational Change Management (OCM), you will make an impact by leading change management workstreams across enterprise transformation programs and driving successful adoption of new operating models, processes, and technologies. You will be a valued member of the Consulting team, partnering with program leaders, client stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
In this role, you will:
• Lead and support end-to-end change management activities across large-scale transformation programs.
• Partner with program management teams to align change strategies with overall project goals and timelines.
• Develop and execute stakeholder engagement, communication, and training strategies.
• Conduct change impact and organizational readiness assessments to enable effective adoption.
• Identify risks and support mitigation strategies while driving client alignment and program success.
• Lead project workstreams and contribute to overall program delivery and execution.
Work model:

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring minimum 2 days per week in a client or Cognizant office in Chicago, IL. What you need to have to be considered:
• 6–8+ years of experience supporting Organizational Change Management initiatives within large-scale transformation programs.
• Experience working within program or project management environments and leading workstreams.
• Strong experience in communications, stakeholder engagement, and training strategy execution.
• Experience conducting change impact assessments and readiness evaluations.
• Proven client-facing consulting experience with strong collaboration skills.
These will help you stand out:
• Experience leading projects or workstreams within enterprise transformation programs.
• Exposure to program management frameworks or delivery models.
• Experience working in global, matrixed environments.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
Total Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $81,450 - $129,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
