Job Summary
Collaborate with cross functional teams to plan design and implement T24 product integrations and migrations using deep expertise in T24 core technical components Java customization and IRIS API framework while ensuring high regulatory and compliance standards for banking clients and enabling reliable day to day core banking operations within an office based work model.
Responsibilities
- Drive end to end product integration activities for T24 platforms by analyzing business requirements and translating them into robust technical integration designs that ensure stable and predictable banking operations for client institutions.
- Execute T24 migration tasks by preparing detailed migration plans performing data and configuration analysis and coordinating cutover activities to minimize downtime and reduce risk for critical financial services.
- Develop and enhance services using the IRIS API framework by designing efficient service interfaces and implementing reusable components that improve integration performance and maintainability across multiple banking solutions.
- Implement T24 Java extensions and customizations by writing well structured and optimized code that adheres to organizational coding standards and supports long term stability and scalability of core banking applications.
- Configure and optimize T24 core technical components by tuning parameters validating interfaces and conducting technical impact assessments to ensure smooth interaction between upstream and downstream systems.
- Perform detailed analysis of T24 regulatory and compliance requirements by reviewing rule changes mapping them to system capabilities and configuring system controls that help client institutions meet supervisory expectations.
- Conduct system integration testing and regression testing by preparing test scenarios executing test cycles and documenting outcomes to guarantee that new integrations and migrations do not disrupt existing banking functionalities.
- Coordinate with business analysts testers and infrastructure teams by providing clear technical inputs and timely clarifications so that project timelines quality targets and client expectations are consistently met.
- Prepare technical design documents configuration guides and integration runbooks by capturing implementation steps and decision rationale that support efficient knowledge transfer and operational handover.
- Monitor production integrations and post migration stability by reviewing logs tracking key performance indicators and proactively resolving incidents to maintain high availability and transaction integrity for end users.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in integration and migration workflows by analyzing recurring issues and proposing automation or standardization measures that increase efficiency and reduce operational risk.
- Support audit and compliance reviews by providing traceable technical evidence configuration details and change histories that demonstrate adherence to internal policies and external banking regulations.
- Collaborate with product and architecture teams by sharing integration feedback and technical insights that shape future enhancements and contribute to more inclusive and secure financial services in the broader market.
Qualifications
- Apply practical experience of at least three years in T24 migration initiatives by demonstrating strong understanding of data structures parameterization and environment strategies across development and production landscapes.
- Utilize in depth knowledge of T24 regulatory and compliance modules by configuring rules validations and reporting structures that align with local and international banking regulations and internal risk frameworks.
- Employ hands on expertise with the IRIS API framework by designing and consuming services handling error responses and implementing security measures that support safe and efficient integration with external applications.
- Leverage strong T24 Java skills by building custom routines user exits and integration utilities that extend core product functionality without compromising maintainability or performance.
- Apply solid T24 core technical skills by working with version management environment setup batch configurations and technical troubleshooting to ensure consistent behavior across multiple instances.
- Demonstrate experience in working within structured office based delivery environments by following standard practices for documentation change management incident resolution and collaboration with onsite stakeholders.
- Exhibit strong analytical and communication abilities by explaining complex technical topics in clear terms to nontechnical partners and by producing concise progress updates that support effective decision making.
Certifications Required
Preferred certifications include T24 core banking certification Java professional certification and training in financial regulatory compliance or risk management.
