About the role
The Change Management Analyst is responsible for helping users and stakeholders successfully adopt new social service systems, particularly case management platforms, as they transition from legacy systems. The role focuses on driving organizational change through structured change management practices
We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 to 4 days a week in a client or Cognizant office. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs.
What you must have to be considered
- Candidates should have hands-on experience driving user adoption, managing stakeholder resistance, and supporting transformation initiatives.
- Experience creating communication plans, conducting engagement activities, and managing change messaging for different audience groups
- Demonstrated experience designing or coordinating training programs, user enablement activities, and support materials.
Strong understanding of structured change management frameworks and best practices.
These will help you succeed
- Experience in large-scale system implementation or transformation projects.
- Exposure to public sector environments.
- A collaborative mindset, working effectively with product, technical, business, and training teams.
Ability to assess change impacts and develop targeted mitigation plans.
